Liz and Rob's pre-wedding shoot

Given the biblical amounts of rain we've been having lately, Liz and I have been despairing of ever finding a date for her and Rob's pre-wedding shoot before the nuptials next month... so when the weather forecast relents momentarily we seize the opportunity with both hands and hot-foot it to Nomansland Common this morning. Cor blimey there's a lot of wind, but faint-heart never won fair photoshoot...

Liz and Rob are just a joy to shoot (let's be clear here: with a camera) - they're relaxed, they giggle at each other, they're up for whatever daft ideas I come up with and good-naturedly spin and jump like it wasn't half past ten on a Saturday morning when they'd rather be in bed with a nice big cup of coffee. Rob looks slightly alarmed the first time he looks into the 24-105mm but manfully gets on with the task of salsa-ing his wife-to-be across the field.

Enough of my waffle: I can't WAIT to shoot their wedding on 7 July. Happiness, love and a darn fine day are just around the corner. And in the meantime, here are some shots from today's shoot.
