Some couples just light up the world around them. They know how to laugh at the whole world and themselves most of all... and so surround themselves with like-minded people. I'd loved our pre-wedding shoot (anyone who will salsa in wellies across Nomansland Common gets my vote) and so knew what I was in for on Liz and Rob's big day. 

And I wasn't disappointed. The bride went all 50s in towering heels and an epically beautiful old-style prom dress. Swoon. The bridesmaids (in equally impressive heels - esp for someone like me who can fall off her own bare feet) shimmied in polkadots... and the groom and his partners-in-crime looked surprisingly suave in grey and pink (you have to be a real man to pull that one off, so well done there).

Anyway, clothing commentary aside, these guys were just awesome. They've been together for ever so long. They're best friends as well as partners. The magic is so obviously there. They go off into corners and giggle. Who cared if the rain put an end to their ceremony in the woods? They kept on smiling and the sun came out soon after. Lots of garden games, fizz and lovely guests.
